Welcome to Stanza Music Inc. (“Stanza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our sheet music streaming service (“Service”) available via our mobile application (“App”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Stanza offers a proprietary sheet music streaming service that provides access to copyrighted songs in sheet music form. Our App monitors the usage of the sheet music to ensure authors are compensated when their works are used.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a manner that complies with all applicable laws, including copyright laws. You must not:

• Engage in any activity that is abusive, harmful, or detrimental to Stanza or its users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Stanza.

4. Account Information

To use Stanza, you must sign up with your email address and a password or authenticate using Apple or Google accounts. There is no age requirement to use Stanza, but users under 18 should have parental consent. We utilize encrypted third-party payment processing for all transactions.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Stanza offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Payments are processed through Apple and Google. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a refund within 15 days of purchase. Subscription fees are subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes in advance.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available on Stanza is owned by the original copyright owners. Stanza only licenses sheet music and does not own it. User-generated content will not be shared without consent. You agree not to distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use the content of the Service, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 6 months. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stanza Music Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stanza and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email and will have the opportunity to review the new Terms before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
