Why does Stanza no longer work with iProjection?
Before we released projector mode Stanza worked with iProjection, however, it no longer works together with this app. This is because Stanza needs to block screenshots of all copyrighted material. iProjection is using the same mechanism as screenshots and screen recording and thus it is also blocked by the Stanza app.
We are aware that many of our users would love to be able to use iProjection with Stanza. It is frustrating since at the beginning it did work for screen mirroring.
We believe our Projector Mode is a significant improvement over regular screen mirroring and encourage you to give it a try. While you may need to purchase a dongle to access Projector Mode, we’ve compiled a webpage here with some of the dongles we’ve tested.
Regrettably, we currently lack a solution to enable iProjection with Stanza. We’ve attempted to contact Epson about it but haven’t received any response.
